DevOps Engineer (RRA Support & Operations)We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to serve as the primary operational contact for the Remote Risk Aggregator (RRA) platform. The role involves supporting production and non-production environments, troubleshooting application issues, driving incident resolution, and acting as a bridge between business users, stakeholders, Development, and QA teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 support for critical enterprise applications.
- Monitor application health, performance, and operational stability.
- Lead incident resolution calls and drive issues to closure.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
- Develop automation scripts using Python and Shell scripting.
- Work closely with users, business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams.
- Enhance observability, monitoring, and support processes.

Required Skills

- 5-10 years of experience in DevOps, Production Support, SRE, or Application Support.




- Robust Python and Shell scripting skills.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale applications in production.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical abilities.
- Hands-on experience with Linux, SQL, monitoring, and observability tools (Splunk, Grafana, ELK, Dynatrace, etc.).
- Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and incident management skills.

Preferred

- Experience in Banking/Financial Services.
- Exposure to Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/Azure, and ServiceNow.
