Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage multiple development teams across the application lifecycle

- Drive end to end delivery of enterprise applications ensuring quality scalability and timely execution

- Provide technical leadership in designing and developing solutions using Angular Java Node
- js MongoDB SQL and Apache Camel

- Collaborate with business stakeholders architects product owners and project managers to define technical roadmaps

- Establish development standards coding practices and governance processes

- Oversee application integration initiatives leveraging Apache Camel and REST based services

- Manage resource planning effort estimation project tracking and risk management

- Conduct design reviews code reviews and technical assessments





- Ensure application performance security reliability and maintainability

- Drive Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement initiatives

- Mentor and develop technical leads and engineering teams

- Handle production escalations and ensure timely issue resolution
