Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and academically strong Destination Manager – UK to join our team at the Charms Head Office in Chandigarh. This role is focused on placing students into top-ranked UK universities, and requires hard-core, hands-on expertise in UK program selection, scholarships, and university-specific admission requirements — not just general visa counselling. The ideal candidate combines deep academic knowledge with a proven track record of student conversions into leading institutions.

Promotion for Proven Talent: This is not an entry-level growth position — it's a direct leadership opportunity for Senior Study Visa Counsellors currently excelling elsewhere. If you have hard-core UK destination expertise, especially deep, proven knowledge of the university admission process, and a demonstrated track record of successful placements, you won't need to climb the ladder at Charms — you'll be fast-tracked straight into the Destination Manager role, with the recognition, autonomy, and compensation to match your experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Counsel students on top-ranked UK universities, programs, and courses based on their academic profile and career goals

· Advise students on program-specific admission requirements, GPA/test score benchmarks, and prerequisite courses for top UK institutions

· Identify and guide students toward relevant scholarships, entrance awards, and merit-based funding opportunities at UK universities

· Match students to the right course and university combination to maximize admission and scholarship outcomes

· Guide students through the complete admission and visa application process

· Handle student and parent queries professionally,



including detailed academic and program-related questions

· Follow up with leads and convert them into successful admissions at top UK universities

· Achieve assigned admission and enrolment targets

· Assist students with documentation and application procedures

· Maintain regular follow-ups and update student records in CRM

· Stay updated on UK university admission cycles, program changes, scholarship criteria, and immigration/study visa policies

· Coordinate with the admissions and visa processing teams

Required Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline

· 3–6 years of hands-on experience specifically recruiting and placing students into top-ranked UK universities

· In-depth, current knowledge of UK university admission processes, program requirements, GPA/test score benchmarks, and application cycles

· Strong working knowledge of scholarship options, entrance awards, and merit-based funding across major UK universities

· Ability to advise on course and program selection based on academic fit, not just visa eligibility

· Strong knowledge of UK colleges, universities, and study permit requirements

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Solid convincing, counselling, and negotiation abilities

· Target-oriented and self-motivated

· Good computer and CRM skills

· Knowledge of Canada, Germany, and New Zealand study destinations also required





Additional Qualifications

· Prior direct experience working with or representing top UK universities (admissions partnerships, campus visits, university fairs)

· Track record of securing scholarships or merit-based funding for placed students

· Knowledge of Canada, Germany, and Current Zealand will be extra qualification.

· Knowledge of Indian education system and student demographics

· Experience in team leadership or mentoring

Salary: ₹65,000 – ₹80,000 per month (negotiable, based on experience), plus performance-based incentives
