Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer – L1

Location: Mysore & Vijayawada

About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Desktop Support Engineers (L1) to join our IT team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about troubleshooting, providing end-user support, and ensuring smooth IT operations across our offices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating to L2/L3 teams when required.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications.
- Ensure timely resolution of service desk tickets and maintain documentation.
- Support users with network connectivity, email, and collaboration tools.
- Adhere to IT security and compliance standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in IT,



Computer Science, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
