WE have urgent openings for the post of Desktop Support Engineer

- Job Location : Andheri East, Mumbai
- Experience : 3 to 5 Years
- Salary : 25000 to 30000 per month.
- Note : Immeidate Joining.

- Provide technical support to end-users for desktop hardware and software related issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems, software, and peripheral devices.
- Collaborate with IT team members to ensure efficient operation of desktop infrastructure.
- Respond to IT support tickets and prioritize tasks to meet service level agreements.
- Assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives.
- Conduct regular maintenance and updates on desktop systems.
- Train end-users on recent technologies and software applications.
- Document technical procedures and user guides.
- Outlook Configuration and troubleshooting
- Configuring & troubleshooting of LAN setup.




- Installation & troubleshooting of Local and Network printer.
- Basic Networking knowledge (connecting switches / routers, Access points and should be able to help network team while configuring them)

Requirements:

- Installing, Configuring windows operating systems.
- Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS).
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to lift and move computer equipment when necessary.
