Position: L1 IT Support Engineer

Experience: 2 to 3 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day end user IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.

Troubleshoot hardware and software-related issues independently and ensure timely resolution.

Support users with Outlook, Microsoft Office applications, VPN connectivity, and basic access-related issues.

Handle printer installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Possess basic networking knowledge including LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity, IP addressing, and internet troubleshooting.

Coordinate with internet service providers/vendors for internet and connectivity-related issues.

Support and maintain AV/conferencing room setups including meeting room devices, displays, microphones, speakers, and conferencing systems.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple support activities.

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional attitude and customer-focused approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile

23 years of experience in IT support/helpdesk/end user support.

Experience in handling corporate IT environments.

Ability to communicate effectively in Telugu and English.

Immediate joiners will be preferred
