We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Designer – Design & Estimation who will be responsible for end-to-end design curation and accurate estimation across multiple product categories. The role requires strong technical understanding, aesthetic sense, and commercial awareness to deliver high-quality design solutions aligned with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Curation:

- Lead curation and design development for sanitaryware and bath fittings
- Design and plan layouts for bathroom furniture, modular kitchens, and wardrobes
- Recommend suitable surface solutions including Neolith, tiles, wall panels, and wooden flooring

Estimation & Costing:

- Prepare detailed and accurate BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates
- Ensure alignment of design concepts with project budgets and timelines
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for pricing and feasibility

Client & Presentation Management:

- Develop compelling presentations and design proposals for clients
- Assist in product selection and provide expert guidance based on design needs
- Collaborate with sales and project teams for seamless client experience

Documentation & Coordination:

- Prepare and manage quotations and technical documentation
- Maintain updated records of product specifications, drawings, and catalogs
- Ensure proper archiving of product images and technical drawings

Inventory & Product Management:





- Track and manage product inventory relevant to design projects
- Coordinate with procurement for material availability and updates

Key Skills & Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design / Architecture / Related Field
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in design & estimation
- Strong knowledge of sanitaryware, bath fittings, modular furniture, and surface materials
- Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent understanding of BOQ preparation and costing
- Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented with robust organizational and documentation abilities

Preferred Profile:

- Experience in luxury interiors / premium surface solutions
- Exposure to brands like Neolith, premium tiles, and high-end fittings
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently

Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
