About the role:

If you’re someone who can turn a random idea into a scroll-stopping visual, understands what makes a design work, and has a good eye for aesthetics — we’d love to meet you.

We’re looking for a Design Trainee to join our team for a 3-month stint and work on real-world creative projects, especially across digital and social media.

✦ What we’re looking for

- 3–6 months of design internship experience
- A strong, aesthetically appealing portfolio — this is the first thing we’ll look at
- Good understanding of visual composition, typography, colour and layout
- Ability to manipulate and adapt designs based on different creative requirements
- Experience creating social media creatives — static posts, stories, campaigns, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and a good eye for what looks right




- Good communication skills — you should be comfortable explaining your design choices and taking feedback
- Willingness to experiment, learn and push your creative boundaries
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar

✦ Bonus points if you
- Keep up with design, visual and social media trends
- Can take a brief and make it your own
- Understand that good design is not just about making things look pretty
- Have a little ✨ creative chaos ✨ but know how to turn it into good work
