Key Responsibilities

Design

Execution &

- Ownership

- Develop endtoend design solutions for kitchens, wardrobes, and fitted spaces based on client briefs, AID inputs, and sales requirements.

- Create beautiful, contemporary, and ontrend design proposals aligned with premium brand positioning.

- Prepare accurate Design layouts, CAD drawings, BOQs, and design documentation as per ETO / standard formats.

- Recommend optimal finishes, materials, hardware, and configurations balancing aesthetics, functionality, and cost.

- Coordinate closely with the plant team, vendor partners, and product development (PD) team to validate design feasibility, manufacturability, material availability, tooling constraints, and finishes before finalization.

2. Booking &

- Revenue Contribution

- Own assigned projects through the design phase to support booking closure and revenue targets.

- Design with a conversion mindset, ensuring proposals are compelling, valuedriven, and clientready.

- Support Sales and Design lead in achieving monthly/quarterly booking and revenue goals through timely, highquality submissions.

- Minimize revisions and delays that impact booking timelines.

Quality &

- Accuracy

- Ensure high accuracy across CAD, BOMs, costing inputs, and specifications to avoid rework and margin leakage.

- Incorporate feedback from Design lead, technical checks, and crossfunctional teams promptly.

- Own design quality until final client signoff and booking confirmation.

Process

Adherence &

- CrossFunctional Coordination

- Follow defined design processes and trackers (FSM, Excel MIS, ETO templates, revision logs).

- Coordinate with Sales, SCM, Manufacturing, TechCheck, and 3D teams to close dependencies efficiently.

- Proactively flag risks, feasibility concerns, or timeline impacts to Design lead

5. Client &

- Stakeholder Interaction

- Participate in client, architect, and consultant discussions where required especially for customized or premium projects.

- Clearly articulate design intent, materials, finishes, and technical constraints to stakeholders.

- Support Design lead during design escalations or critical presentations if required.
