Design Lead - Little Joys

This role at MOSAIC Wellness is for a Design Lead for our 'Little Joys' brand, seeking a designer who approaches solutions with a first-principles understanding, prioritizing thoughtful considerations over mere software expertise. You will be responsible for creating high-quality print and digital assets, structuring projects for efficiency, and maintaining a consistent visual identity for our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conceptual Design: Develop design solutions based on a first-principles understanding, ensuring thoughtful considerations beyond just software expertise.
- Asset Creation: Produce high-quality print and digital work, maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.
- Project Structuring: Structure projects into reusable components and modular assets,



taking initiatives to reduce execution time.
- Design System Management: Create and maintain an inventory of regularly used assets for productive use and reuse.
- Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to ensure design deliverables align with brand strategy.

Qualifications:

- Extremely adept at Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (After Effects & Premiere are an added advantage).
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality print & digital work.
- Good theoretical understanding of color theory, typography, illustration, and print design.
- A good portfolio of previous work samples.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience.
