Job Summary

We are looking for a Mechanical Design & Simulation professional to lead a Mechanical Design team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in SolidWorks and simulation software, with a proven track record in product design, engineering analysis, and team leadership. The role demands strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to drive innovative and efficient engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor the Mechanical Design team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality engineering solutions.
- Design and develop 3D models, assemblies, detailed manufacturing drawings, and BOMs using SolidWorks.




- Perform engineering analysis and product verification using SolidWorks Simulation or equivalent FEA/CAE software.
- Review and approve engineering designs while ensuring compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and manufacturing feasibility.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Procurement, Sales, and Project teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Resolve complex design and manufacturing challenges through practical engineering solutions.
- Drive design improvements, standardization, and value engineering initiatives.
- Maintain engineering documentation, design revisions, and technical records.
- Guide junior engineers and foster a culture of technical execution and continuous improvement.
- Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering (M.E/ MTech preferred).
- 12–15 years of relevant experience in Mechanical design, product development or heavy engineering.
- Expert-level proficiency in SolidWorks (Parts, Assemblies, Drawings, Sheet Metal, Weldments).
- Hands-on experience with SolidWorks Simulation or other FEA/CEA software.
- Strong knowledge of GD&T;, manufacturing processes, materials, fabrications, and engineering standards.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring engineering/ design teams.
- Excellent technical, analytical, communication and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
