Role & responsibilities

- Design corrugated boxes, cartons, trays, partitions, and customized packaging solutions.

- Prepare 2D/3D CAD drawings, die-lines, and printing artwork.

- Select appropriate board grades, flute types, GSM, and material combinations.

- Develop prototypes and optimize designs for performance, cost, and material efficiency.

- Coordinate with customers, production, quality, and sales teams for successful implementation.

- Ensure designs are suitable for printing, die-cutting, folding, gluing, and corrugation processes.

- Develop and optimize RSC, FEFCO-style and die-cut packaging designs.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong knowledge of board construction, flute profiles, ECT, BCT, and packaging standards.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD (ArtiosCAD preferred).

- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and/or CorelDRAW.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Valuable knowledge of packaging dimensions, tolerances and material optimization.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and coordination skills.
