1.End-to-End Product Development

- R&D; ➝ 3D Modeling ➝ Detailed Drawing with BOM ➝ Design Corrections & Revisions (Ownership)
- Final Product Design Delivery for Production

2. Design Innovation & Competitor Research

- Enhance architectural concepts through innovation in metal structures, joints, locking systems, and finishes

•Ensure designs are modular, customizable, and easy for production
- Conduct competitor and market research for continuous improvement

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Customer Alignment

- Work closely with Production team for smooth execution and feasibility
- Act as a bridge between design and execution
- Coordinate with Sales team and interact with customers to meet requirements

4. Production Designer Factory Support (Backup Role)

- Support production drawings and execution
- Take over Production Designer responsibilities whenever required

5. Reporting, Presentation & Expo Participation

- Maintain daily reports and participate in weekly review meetings
- Prepare design presentations and tutorials
- Participate in expos and collect market insights

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
