Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design and develop current products from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.

- Conduct feasibility studies, create prototypes, and test designs using NPD (New Product Development) methodologies.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies throughout the product development process.

Job Requirements :

- 10-17 years of experience in industrial equipment/machinery industry as a Design & Product Development Engineer.

- Strong understanding of NPD principles, including concept generation, prototyping, testing tools such as FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis).

- Proficiency in creating detailed drawings using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks) for manufacturability purposes.
