Job Title: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Projects Design | QSR

Role Overview The role is responsible for designing and delivering restaurant development projects across brands operated by Devyani International Limited. The incumbent will ensure that all new store openings, remodels, and refurbishment projects are executed in line with brand standards, regulatory requirements, budget, and timelines while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review store layouts, architectural drawings, interior designs, and technical specifications for recent and existing outlets.
- Coordinate with brand teams, architects, consultants, landlords, and project execution teams to ensure adherence to global and local brand standards.
- Support restaurant development activities including site feasibility assessments, space planning, and concept design.
- Review and approve design submissions from consultants and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, fire and safety norms, accessibility requirements, and local building codes.
- Develop and maintain standard design templates, specifications, and design guidelines across formats.
- Collaborate with Projects, Operations, Procurement,



and Facilities teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and address design-related challenges during execution.
- Support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives without compromising brand standards and customer experience.
- Track project milestones and ensure timely completion of design deliverables.
- Maintain project documentation, drawings, approvals, and design records.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in architecture.

Experience:

Assistant Manager

- 4–7 years of experience in retail, QSR or hospitality.

Deputy Manager

- 7–10 years of experience in in retail, QSR or hospitality.

Prior experience in QSR, retail chains, hospitality, or food service organizations preferred.

Preferred Background Candidates from QSR, Retail, Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Commercial Interiors, or Restaurant Development functions will be preferred.
