Job Purpose End-to-End execution, of the Real-Time Customer-Synchronized B2B Loan Journey (O2O2O) across NTB, ETB, DIY QR, ABND, and Loan POD journeys. We are looking for an experienced candidate to lead the planning, development, delivery & implementation of B2B Offline to Online capabilities. The role will work closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Sales, Finance, Legal, Compliance and external stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant and business-focused capabilities.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Drive day-to-day execution of O2O2O initiatives across multiple workstreams and releases.
- Maintain detailed project plans, milestone trackers, and implementation dashboards.
- Track delivery progress against committed timelines and escalate delays proactively.
- Coordinate with Business, Technology, Digital Platform, Operations, Risk, and Service teams to ensure closure of pending actions.
- Monitor project health, deliverables, and readiness across all participating teams.
- Drive governance status updates, and action item closure.




- Publish weekly and monthly program status reports for leadership review.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- 3-5 years of experience in Program Management, Product Operations, PMO, Business Analysis, Digital Delivery, or BFSI Operations.
- Experience in product/program management, preferably in BFSI or Sales tech.
- Good understanding of project development/maintenance cycles right from business analysis, feasibility check, development, UAT, deployment, Go-live etc.
- Functional knowledge of Salesforce platform, API Integrations, databases, system integrations.
- Solid communication & stakeholder management across multiple business and cross-functional teams.
