Job Title: Deputy Manager/ Manager, Agent Sales

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Mineral Processing Engineering / Mining Engineering

Job Statement: This role is responsible for sales function of Crushing & Screening Equipment (All range of Aggregates business products) through agent partners in the assigned territory.

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for identifying & adding the current Agent Partners across the territory.
- developing and implementing training programs for individual agents ensuring the required skill and personnel levels are within the partners organization.
- Responsibility for all sales through agent partners within their stated territory, including meeting the performance targets, which are set annually and are included in the annual business plan.




- Will be enhancing the market coverage and market expansion through agents channel.
- Planning and implementing sales programs to promote products, improve competitive position in area, and provide fast and efficient customer service.
- Responsible for ensuring agency agreement contracts for all agents are in place for audit purpose.
- Responsible for timely processing of the agent invoices and their payment in committed time period.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Relevant work experience (Agent/Dealer Management) Minimum 8-13 years of experience
- Solid understanding of technical aspects of crushers & screening equipment.
- Working knowledge of Machines and equipment
