Key Resp o nsibilities

✅ Support short-term and long-term fund-raising activities in line with business requirements.

✅ Prepare and analyze Treasury MIS reports, cash flow statements, cash position reports, and management dashboards.

✅ Assist in treasury-related audits and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.

✅ Maintain accurate documentation and records of treasury transactions and funding activities.

✅ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Accounts, Procurement, and Business Units, to support treasury operations.

✅ Build and maintain effective relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other external stakeholders.

✅ Support senior management in treasury planning,



liquidity management, financial analysis, and strategic decision-making.

✅ Monitor fund utilization and contribute to optimizing treasury processes and controls.

✅ **Ensure timely reporting and adherence to treasury policies, procedures, and governance standards.

DesiredS kills & Competencies:

✔ Strong understanding of treasury operations and fund management< /p>

✔ Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills< /p>

✔ Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting< /p>

✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting< /p>

✔ Experience in NBFC/Microfinance/BFSI sector will be preferred< /p>
