Study and analyze all PCRN and PDRN to accept for implementation and close as per check sheet for respective shops. Ensure for DCP review as and when required and Process audit readiness for respective shop.

Identify and implement Process improvement and WC reduction in existing Vehicle assembly process to improve overall productivity. Preparation of new layout or modification in existing for improving overall productivity of the TCF.
