We are looking for an experienced DEPUTY IT Manager – IT & Communications to lead and manage IT operations, infrastructure, end-user support, systems, security, and IT service delivery.

The role will be responsible for ensuring reliable IT operations, maintaining communication and system infrastructure, supporting engineering applications, managing the Citrix environment, and ensuring compliance with information security requirements.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical and leadership experience, with the ability to manage IT teams, vendors, budgets, infrastructure, security, and business-critical IT services.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team to ensure effective and high-quality IT service delivery.
- Oversee end-user support, IT infrastructure, networks, servers, storage, and IT systems.
- Manage and support communication infrastructure and system infrastructure.
- Oversee the availability and support of engineering applications used by the organization.
- Manage and support the Citrix environment and associated end-user services.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, standards, and strategies aligned with business requirements.
- Implement appropriate IT security measures, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
- Plan and manage the IT budget, optimize costs, and support technology procurement.
- Manage relationships with third-party IT vendors and service providers and ensure effective service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve IT infrastructure,



systems, security, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure effective IT support, issue resolution, escalation, and service continuity.
- Align IT strategies with business objectives and provide recommendations to senior management.

Required Experience
- 10–15 years of overall IT experience.
- Proven experience in an IT Manager / IT leadership role.
- Strong experience managing IT personnel and technical teams.
- Hands-on experience in end-user support and IT infrastructure management.
- Experience managing communication and system infrastructure.
- Experience supporting engineering applications.
- Robust understanding of Citrix environments.
- Experience participating in or managing ISO 27001 audits.
- Experience with IT budgeting, vendor management, and technology procurement.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant IT certifications will be an advantag
