We are looking for a Procurement Manager with solid experience in sourcing and purchasing medical devices, diagnostic instruments, laboratory equipment, OT equipment, critical care equipment, and hospital infrastructure .

This role is ideal for someone who has worked extensively with medical devices, OEMs, distributors, and healthcare suppliers , and understands the technical and commercial aspects of procuring healthcare equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead procurement of medical devices, diagnostic instruments, laboratory equipment, OT equipment, ICU equipment, imaging equipment, patient monitoring systems, hospital furniture, and allied healthcare products .
- Source products from leading manufacturers and distributors while ensuring quality, compliance, and cost optimization.
- Evaluate technical specifications, compare equipment, and coordinate with clinical and engineering teams.
- Negotiate pricing, warranties, annual maintenance contracts (AMCs), delivery schedules, and vendor agreements.




- Manage end-to-end procurement for hospital, laboratory, and healthcare infrastructure projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, distributors, and key healthcare equipment suppliers.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of procurement experience in medical devices, hospital equipment, diagnostic instruments, or biomedical procurement .
- Strong understanding of healthcare equipment categories, technical specifications, and procurement processes.
- Experience procuring equipment for hospitals, laboratories, diagnostic centres, or healthcare projects .
- Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and commercial skills.
- Ability to manage multiple high-value procurement projects simultaneously.
