Job Summary The candidate will be responsible for SCM and PPIC activities related to API manufacturing operations. The role involves production planning, material planning, inventory control and supply coordination. The candidate should have good experience in Pharma API operations and should be able to coordinate effectively with different departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle PPIC and Supply Chain activities for API manufacturing operations.
- Prepare production plans based on demand, capacity and material availability.
- Ensure timely availability of RM, PM and other required materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimum stock.
- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, Quality and Finance teams.




- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of planned quantities.
- Follow up on material shortages, production requirements and supply issues.
- Prepare and review SAP/ERP reports and MIS related to PPIC and SCM.
- Support inventory control and reduce material shortages and delays.
- Coordinate with plant and business teams for smooth supply chain operations.

Qualification & Experience

- Experience in PPIC/SCM, preferably in Pharma API or FMCG.
- Positive knowledge of SAP/ERP and MS Office with good communication and analytical skills.
