Role & responsibilities-

- Execute the workforce plan for the organization to meet both short term talent requirements (operational) and long-term talent pipeline building (strategic).

- Lead and conduct full life cycle recruitment including attracting, sourcing, screening, scheduling and coordination, interviewing and selection. Steer post selection discussions, salary fitment, negotiation, offer roll-out and hiring closure.

- Design and implement innovative and effective recruitment strategies to cater to the diverse and niche talent needs of the business using online and offline channels.

- Engage and partner with Business Leaders and Line Managers to advise on talent market landscape, talent supply dynamics and competitor intelligence.

- Track operating expenses against annual manpower budget and deploy plans to mitigate any adverse variance.

- Build successful relationships to partner with third party agencies to support recruitment lifecycle for Full Time Employees (FTEs), Campus hiring and Contractual (Third Party) hiring.





- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the organizations employer brand to attract top talent.

- Devise and deploy measures and plans to ensure positive candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment process life cycle.

- Utilize data and metrics to track and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment process, identifying areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with HR team and other departments to ensure a seamless pre-joining and onboarding process for new hires.

- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends to continually optimize the talent acquisition process.

Preferred candidate profile-

- 8 to 10 years of Talent Acquisition experience in a rapid-paced work environment.

- Master of Business Administration in Human Resources.

- Additional certification in Talent Acquisition, Job Analysis, Manpower Planning will be an advantage.

- Experience in the consumer durable industry will be an added advantage.
