Role and Resposibility

- Overall planning and progress monitoring of cluster from billing and cash flow perspective.
- Monitoring the billing plans and mapping with AOP, and prepare variance analysis

- Monitoring of Receivable

- Monitoring of Payables
- Ensure Timely Billing and Collection.
- Inventory monitoring at project sites and at factories (for projects)
- Monitoring of NWC project wise and cluster wise.
- Implementation of SAP rise at project site level and training to site commercial
- Supporting Project team very closely with all relevant data and MIS.
- Projecting the cashflow (monitoring of inflow from customers and assisting expediting the inflows and verifying the site fund requirements and consolidating the weekly outflow and requesting the fund allocations to Treasury team.
- Review of site imprest expenses in line with SOP

- Monthly F3 variation report
- Ensure timely booking of invoices to get GST input tax credit on timely basis and also review GST deferred 2B mismatch on regular basis
- Timely knocking off of balances and clearance of GR/IR
- Assisting in preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, strategic plans.




- Ensure timely review and approval of ZBC prepared by projects team (with specified WBS wise details and timelines) in sync with Tender and SCM team.
- Regular Review of CTC and quarterly confirmation and updating of CTC
- Ensure Budgetary Controls at sites and in SAP
- Ensure Statutory Compliances at Sites
- Regular Site Visits for checking and monitoring compliances and SOP
- Ensuring that Stores are being maintained and monitored as per the SOP and data, documentation and compliances as per SOP
- Attending the input requirements of logistic and SCM teams.
- Support SCM, Logistics & CPMG Team to ensure documentation pertaining to Billing and claims is done in time.
- Overall monitoring of receivables and flashing the delays in collection with suggestion of corrective actions to the Business Team.
- Monitoring of BGs of the project w.r.t. Timely Submission, Reduction and Release
- Set up of Current Projects in terms of commercial and Accounting Setup
- Handling Internal & External Auditors
- Commercial Closure of Completed Project

- Ensure compliance at sites
- Focus on old & challenging receivables
