Operations Management: Oversee daily operations within the assigned section, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning b.

Store Standards: Maintain a clean, well-organized, and fully stocked section, upholding the store's quality standards. c.

Product Display: Ensure product displays are visually appealing and align with the store's branding and promotional guidelines. d.

Policy Implementation: Enforce store policies and procedures within the section to ensure consistent operations. e.

Team Leadership: Manage and supervise a team of sale associates and other staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. f. Scheduling & Task Allocation: Create staff schedules and assign tasks to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency. g.

Staff Development: Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and performance h.

Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance evaluations, offering constructive feedback and guidance for improvement. i.

Customer Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving complaints and inquiries promptly. j.

Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews to continuously improve service quality. k.

Sales Management: Set and monitor sales targets, analyzing data to identify trends and develop strategies for improvement. l.

Promotional Activities: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute instore promotions and special event m.

Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and manage orders to ensure optimal stock availability n.

Merchandising Strategy: Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies, staying responsive to competitor activities. o. Reporting & Compliance: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining a safe environment for staff and customers. p. Perform various tasks as and when given by the senior management.
