Job Title: Dental Lab Technician

Location: Santacruz west, Mumbai (In-clinic Dental Lab Setup)

About Us: We are a well-established dental practice expanding into an in-house dental laboratory to improve quality, turnaround time, and precision. This setup will work closely with our clinical team and focus on both analog and digital workflows.

Role Overview: We are hiring Dental Ceramist Technician to be part of a growing in-house lab. The role involves working on crowns, bridges, restorations, and digital workflows depending on experience and skill level.

Key Responsibilities:

- Model preparation, die work, articulation
- Fabrication of crowns, bridges, and Veneers
- Wax-ups and finishing of restorations
- Handling zirconia cases (as per experience)
- Ceramic layering and finishing
- Maintain quality standards and turnaround timelines
- Coordinate closely with doctors for case planning

Experience Requirements: 1–2 years experience

Skills Required:





- Understanding of dental lab procedures and materials
- Attention to detail and finishing quality
- Basic to advanced knowledge of crown & bridge work
- CAD/CAM knowledge (preferred, not mandatory for all roles)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical workplace

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month (based on experience & skill level)
