- Solid hands-on experience with Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security
- Solid Full-Stack / Back-End Web Development experience
- Proven track record as a Technical Team Lead
- Strong understanding of Software Architecture & Design principles
- Proficiency with Git and modern SDLC practices
- Experience in client-facing roles, gathering and translating requirements
