- Key Responsibilities
- Pick up items: Collect assigned packages, food orders, or goods from a warehouse, depot, or local store.
- Plan routes: Follow quick navigation routes to reach delivery locations on time.
- Deliver safely: Hand packages directly to recipients without damage or loss.
- Confirm delivery: Capture customer signatures, OTP codes, or proof of delivery via a mobile app.
- Handle payments: Collect cash on delivery (COD) or digital payments and submit daily logs.
- Customer service: Address client questions or delivery issues politely.
