About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Delivery Consultant to support our Supply/Procurement operations. The role involves visiting customer locations, picking up vehicles, verifying documentation, completing basic vehicle checks, and ensuring safe delivery to the designated Spinny hub.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customer locations and pick up cars purchased by Spinny.
- Collect, verify, and ensure all required vehicle documents are available.
- Handle FASTag deactivation and conduct basic vehicle checks.
- Coordinate with internal Supply/Procurement and Operations teams for smooth vehicle movement.
- Ensure the safe and timely delivery of vehicles to the designated Spinny hub.
- Maintain accurate pickup, documentation, and handover records.
- Handle basic customer queries professionally.

Requirements

- Male candidates only.
- Valid 4-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
- Comfortable travelling to customer locations across the city.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
