- Delivery Executive

- Deliver grocery and other customer orders from stores to customers.

- Collect assigned orders from the nearest store or designated location.

- Deliver orders safely and on time to the customer's location.

- Work according to flexible full-time or part time shifts.

- Use your own bike or scooter for deliveries.

- Maintain good customer service during order delivery.

- Follow delivery procedures and safety guidelines.

- Complete assigned deliveries efficiently to maximize earnings and incentives.

Key Responsibilities

Order Delivery

- Collect orders from the assigned store.

- Deliver customer orders within the required time.

- Ensure orders are delivered safely and accurately.

- Follow the designated delivery process.

- Maintain professional behaviour while interacting with customers.

Field Operations

- Travel to customer locations using your own bike or scooter.

- Manage delivery routes efficiently.





- Work within your preferred flexible shift.

- Complete assigned deliveries regularly.

Customer Service

- Communicate politely with customers during deliveries.

- Confirm order delivery as required.

- Address basic delivery-related queries.

- Maintain a positive customer experience.

Eligibility

Job Requirements

- Minimum age: 18 years.

- Own smartphone required.

- 4G-enabled Android smartphone is mandatory.

- Aadhaar Card required.

- PAN Card required.

- Own bike or scooter required.
