Role & responsibilities -Delivery Asociate (JD)
- Order Pickup: Collect packages from the warehouse or designated hub.
- Timely Delivery: Ensure secure and on-time delivery of packages to customers.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate politely with customers and obtain signatures or proof of delivery.
- Package Handling: Handle packages carefully to avoid damage during transit.
- Route Management: Plan and follow efficient delivery routes.
- Reporting:
Update delivery status in the system and report any issues to the manager.
- Compliance: Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and traffic rules.
