Role Description The Delegate Sales Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for selling delegate passes and participation packages for Tradepass events, primarily through outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings.

The Delegate Sales

Executive identifies potential clients, builds targeted prospect lists, and engages decision-makers to present event value propositions, pricing, and participation options. Day-to-day tasks include managing a sales pipeline, following up on leads, negotiating and closing sales, updating CRM records, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to ensure accurate delegate information and high-quality event experiences. The role also involves achieving individual sales targets, contributing to event revenue goals, and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with delegates and corporate clients.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, cold calling, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities,



with confidence in speaking to senior professionals and decision-makers.
- Customer relationship management skills, including experience using CRM tools to track prospects and manage pipelines.
- Analytical and research skills to identify target markets, understand client needs, and tailor event propositions.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple events, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as marketing, event operations, and finance.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in delegate sales, event sales, or B2B sales within conferences or exhibitions is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and adaptability to evolving products, markets, and client requirements.
- Proficiency in English; additional regional languages are an advantage for engaging diverse clients.
