Experience: 0–3 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month + incentives Job SummaryWe are looking for energetic and target-oriented Debt Recovery Agents to handle field collection activities, follow up with customers, and recover outstanding loan/credit amounts while maintaining professional customer relationships. Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customers at their registered/current addresses for payment follow-up and collection. Contact customers through phone calls and field visits regarding overdue payments.

Explain outstanding amounts, repayment options, and settlement/EMI options as applicable. Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets. Maintain regular follow-up with customers and update payment commitments.

Collect and submit payments through approved company/bank processes. Update customer visit details, payment status, and remarks in the collection system/app. Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic payment-related concerns.





Coordinate with Team Leaders and Managers for difficult/high-value accounts. Follow company policies, RBI guidelines, and ethical recovery practices. Submit daily field visit and collection reports. EligibilityMinimum 10th / Intermediate / Any Graduation .

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Two-wheeler and valid Driving Licence are mandatory. Valuable communication and negotiation skills. Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications. Willingness to travel within the assigned area.

Good CIBIL score and DRA Certification preferred/mandatory as per portfolio requirements.
