Role Description

Full-time, on-site Debt Collection Operations role in Gurugram. Navi Mumbai, Bangalore Noida and Hydrabad.

Responsibilities include managing overdue accounts, customer follow-ups, negotiating repayment plans, tracking collections,



updating CRM systems, and achieving portfolio targets while maintaining regulatory compliance and professional customer interactions.

Qualifications

- Experience in debt collection, cash collection, tele-calling, or field collections.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of lending products and repayment structures.
- Ability to work with CRM and collection systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and target orientation.
- Graduate degree or equivalent.
- Experience in banking, NBFCs, or digital lending is preferred.
