Technical Trainer Data Engineering

Role & Responsibilities:

- Deliver engaging, hands-on training in Data Engineering, Python, SQL, PySpark, Databricks, and modern data platforms.

- Teach concepts such as ETL/ELT, data pipelines, data warehousing, data lakes, batch/stream processing, and data modeling.

- Conduct live coding, practical exercises, doubt-clearing sessions, and technical workshops.

- Guide students through real-world Data Engineering projects, debugging, optimization, and industry best practices.

- Develop training materials, assignments, assessments, and project-based learning activities.

- Mentor students and provide technical feedback to help them become job-ready Data Engineers.

- Stay updated with current Data Engineering tools, technologies, and industry practices.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Strong hands-on knowledge of Python, SQL,



PySpark/Apache Spark, and Databricks.

- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and modern data tools such as Airflow, Kafka, Snowflake, Delta Lake, or dbt is an advantage.

- Industry experience as a Data Engineer / Senior Data Engineer / Big Data Engineer / Data Platform Engineer is preferred.

- Prior experience in technical training, mentoring, or teaching is an advantage.

- Solid communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.

- Comfortable with live coding, project mentoring, debugging, and practical problem-solving.

- Passionate about teaching and helping students develop practical, industry-ready skills.
