We are looking for an energetic, nurturing leader to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of our daycare department and create an enriching environment for young minds.

Key Responsibilities

· Daily Operations: Supervise the functioning of the facility, ensuring strict hygiene, safety, and cleanliness.

· Routine Management: Manage children's meals, rest schedules, and school transitions seamlessly.

· Activity Planning: Plan and lead age-appropriate interactive activities, including storytelling, arts, and crafts.

· Academic Support: Assist school-going children with homework and basic educational tasks.

· Staff Supervision: Guide daycare helpers to maintain top-tier child care standards.

· Parent Relations: Maintain warm, professional communication with parents about daily milestones and the child's well-being.

· Required Qualifications & Skills





· Education: Graduate in any discipline; certification in Early Childhood Education is highly preferred.

· Experience: 1–3 years in a preschool, daycare, pediatric facility, or child-focused setup.

· Communication: Exceptional spoken and written English skills to connect with families and team members.

· Creative Flair: Skills in storytelling, music, dance, or fine motor activities to keep kids engaged.

· Core Traits: Exceptional patience, empathy, multi-tasking skills, and a genuine love for working with children.

· First Aid: Basic knowledge of pediatric health, nutrition, and first aid safety measures.

Working Hours: 3:00 p.m to 8:30 p.m
