Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Database Corporate Trainer to join our training team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, instructor-led database training sessions to students.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, DBMS, SQL, database design, queries, stored procedures, functions, and performance optimization. The trainer should be comfortable conducting classroom sessions, practical lab sessions, coding exercises, assessments, and industry-oriented projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit institutions to conduct classroom-based database training programs.
- Deliver instructor-led training sessions for the freshers.
- Explain database concepts clearly using real-time examples and practical scenarios.
- Conduct hands-on SQL and database laboratory sessions.
- Teach DBMS concepts, SQL Server, Oracle, and SQL programming.
- Cover database fundamentals including tables, relationships, keys, constraints, normalization, and database design.
- Train students on SQL queries including:
- SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE
- Joins
- Subqueries
- Aggregate functions
- GROUP BY and HAVING
- Views
- Indexes
- Transactions
- Provide practical training on SQL Server and Oracle databases.
- Train students on Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, Cursors, and database programming.
- Explain database security, users, roles, permissions, and transaction management.
- Conduct coding exercises, assignments, assessments, and technical discussions.
- Guide students in developing database-driven real-time projects.
- Provide interview preparation and SQL coding practice.
- Identify students' learning gaps and provide appropriate mentoring.
- Assist students with debugging SQL queries and resolving database-related issues.
- Conduct project reviews,



database design reviews, and query optimization sessions.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, practical exercises, project requirements, and assessments.
- Coordinate with internal training teams for smooth execution of training programs.
- Maintain professional conduct while representing A2R Software Consulting at partner.
- Stay updated with the latest database technologies, tools, and industry practices.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering,



or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in database development, database administration, technical training, or a related field.
- Prior experience as a Database Trainer, Corporate Trainer, Technical Trainer, Faculty, SQL Developer, Database Developer, or Database Administrator is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Ability to explain complex database concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
- Willingness to travel within the city / institutions for classroom training.
- Ability to conduct both theoretical and practical sessions.
- Strong interest in mentoring students and helping them develop industry-ready database skills.
- Skilled attitude and ability to work with management, faculty, and students.
