About Roomrr

Roomrr is building a smarter way for students and young professionals to find compatible roommates and rental homes. We’re creating a verified, up-to-date housing ecosystem where finding a room, flat, or flatmate doesn't feel like a full time investigation. We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Database Administrator, Property Operations to help us build and maintain a high-quality residential property database.

What You’ll Do

- Collect and organise residential property leads shared by our on-ground scouting team.
- Research and add new flats, rooms, PGs, and shared accommodation suitable for bachelors and young professionals to the Roomrr database.
- Call property owners, landlords, brokers, and property managers to verify property details.
- Regularly check and update the availability status of existing properties.
- Ensure property information such as rent, deposit, location, furnishing, amenities, occupancy, gender preference, and contact details are accurate and up to date.
- Reach out to property owners and onboard suitable properties onto the Roomrr platform.
- Follow up with owners and maintain a structured pipeline of contacted, interested, onboarded, unavailable, and pending properties.
- Work closely with the scouting and operations teams to ensure new property data is added quickly and accurately.
- Identify duplicate, outdated, or incorrect listings and maintain overall database quality.
- Use Excel, Google Sheets, and Roomrr's internal tools/software to manage and update property data.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, property availability, and onboarding status.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience working with property data,



real estate listings, lead databases, or similar real estate/property platforms is a big plus.
- Excellent communication and calling skills.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu .
- Comfortable speaking to landlords, property owners, brokers, and property managers over the phone.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets , and similar data management tools.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail. If the rent says ₹20,000 in one place and ₹25,000 somewhere else, you should be the person asking, “Okay but which one is real?”
- Ability to manage large volumes of data without turning the database into a crime scene.
- Comfortable with repetitive follow-ups and calling.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work in a fast-moving startup environment.

Nice to Have
- Experience in real estate, property management, rental platforms, or BPO/customer calling roles.
- Experience with CRM software or internal database management tools.
- Familiarity with Hyderabad's residential rental market and major bachelor-friendly localities.
- Ability to identify good rental inventory and understand what young renters typically look for.
