Role: Database Engineer(4+ Years Experience)

We are seeking a Database Engineer with 8+ years of experience in designing and implementing both relational and non-relational databases. This role involves close collaboration with development teams in India and the U.S., and a strong focus on database optimization, automation integration, and system reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

> Design and implement scalable MongoDB databases (Admin)

> Write and optimize stored procedures, views, triggers, functions, indexes, and constraints.

> Collaborate with backend and frontend teams to support seamless application integration.

> Analyze technical requirements, legacy data usage, and propose database improvements.





> Participate in system architecture design, technical documentation, and knowledge transfer sessions.

> Administer and manage multiple database instances, backup routines, and replication strategies.

> Leverage Docker for deployment and management of database environments.

> Create or use tools/scripts to extract, analyze, and visualize data.

> Ensure performance tuning and efficient data retrieval methods.

> Prepare flowcharts, data models, and UML diagrams as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

> Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with MongoDB and general database administration.

> Deep knowledge of query optimization, performance tuning, and data analysis.

> Proven experience in full database lifecycle: installation, configuration, replication,and scaling.

> Strong scripting and troubleshooting skills.

> Proficiency with version control systems like GitHub.

> Knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, InfluxDB is a solid advantage.

> Familiarity with ETL tools like Apache Airflow is a plus.

> Good understanding of Docker environments and containerized DB deployment.
