Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Visualization Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Tableau, BI, Python and SQL. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and optimizing interactive dashboards and reports that support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and visualizations.
- Translate business requirements into effective data stories.
- Optimize Tableau workbooks and data sources for performance.
- Work with large and complex datasets from multiple data sources.
- Use Python for data manipulation, data wrangling and automation.
- Collaborate with BI and Data Engineering teams to ensure reliable data sources.
- Implement Row-Level Security and data governance practices.
- Gather requirements and collaborate with business stakeholders.
- Publish and manage dashboards on Tableau Server/Tableau Cloud.

Required Skills




- 6–8 years of experience in Data Visualization / BI development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Tableau.
- Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud.
- Calculated Fields, LOD Expressions and Parameters.
- Python for data wrangling and automation.
- Strong SQL and data modeling knowledge.
- BI and data visualization concepts.
- Experience with large-scale datasets and multiple data sources.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have
- Power BI / Qlik
- GCP / AWS / Azure
- ETL process knowledge
