Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Data Visualization Developer with solid expertise in Tableau, SQL, and Python to design, develop, and deliver interactive and scalable data visualization solutions.

The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into meaningful dashboards and actionable insights while working closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, analysts, and cross-functional teams. The role involves end-to-end dashboard development, data preparation, performance optimization, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive and scalable Tableau dashboards and reports .
- Translate business requirements into effective data visualization solutions.
- Develop advanced Tableau visualizations using LOD Expressions, Calculated Fields, Parameters, Filters, Sets, Actions, and Table Calculations .
- Connect Tableau to multiple data sources and perform data blending, joins, and transformations.
- Develop complex and optimized SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
- Use Python for data cleansing, transformation, analysis, and reporting automation.
- Perform dashboard and query performance tuning.
- Publish and manage dashboards using Tableau Server / Tableau Cloud .
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across dashboards and reports.




- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Troubleshoot dashboard, data-source, extract, and scheduled-refresh issues.
- Participate in solution design, estimation, planning, and delivery activities.
- Document dashboards, data sources, and visualization processes.
- Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and cross-functional teams.

- Experience in end-to-end dashboard development and performance optimization.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, reporting, and business requirements.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
