Role and Responsibilities

- Process Data Change Requests related to Health Care Master data (Health Care Professionals, Health Care Organizations) based on their validation from various external sources. (Eg. Google search, external Databases).

- Identify, plan, and implement data quality initiatives.

- Manage territory alignment and MCCP activities in Veeva Align by maintaining territory structures, updating hierarchies, assigning customers and accounts, and supporting business-driven realignments for efficient field force operations.

- Deliver testing support for consent management and other strategic data quality and data integration initiatives.

- Perform mass data uploads, data cleansing, enrichment, and updates.

- Conduct matching and merging of HCM records based on validation and provide Ad-Hoc Data Analysis and Data Extracts over requests on DL and Service Now tickets.

- Prepare and manage monthly KPI reporting through Power BI dashboards, ensuring accurate, timely insights are shared with stakeholders to support performance tracking and decision-making.

- Maintain CRM and MDM aligned in HCM Data: Monitor the flow of data between MDM, CRM and other databases for accuracy and data quality.

- Drive continuous improvement across processes by identifying efficiency opportunities and leveraging AI-based solutions to automate workflows and enhance operational effectiveness





- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively to align on requirements, address requests, and ensure on-time delivery of agreed outcomes.

- Mentor and provide training to less experienced team members.

- Review and update Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions to ensure they adhere to current business needs, processes, and data standards.

Essential Skills and experience

- Prior exposure to MDM tools and systems – Informatica, Veeva Network, Reltio.

- High proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying.

- Prior experience of Territory Management and familiarity with tools like Veeva Align, Veeva CRM.

- Industry Data knowledge – OneKey, Veeva Open Data, Definitive Health Care data, Payer Data etc.

Desirable Skills and experience

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Robust knowledge of databases such as Snowflake, along with programming/query languages such as Python/SQL.

- Familiarity with MS Office Tools – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBi

- Basic project management skills and should be detail oriented.

- Capable of managing multiple projects/requests simultaneously

- Work in teams, Collaborate and ensure Compliance.

- Basic to limited exposure to issue/ticket management and/or tracking tools (ex: JIRA, ServiceNow)
