Role-Senior Data Scientist - Python, ML, GenAI & Agentic AI

Year of Experience- 5 to 15 years

Location- Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad

Role Overview: Seeking a Senior Data Scientist with 4–5 years of experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, Generative AI, and Agentic AI. Design and develop scalable AI/ML and GenAI solutions to solve complex business problems. Work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and cloud teams to build production-grade AI/ML systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deploy ML models for prediction, forecasting, recommendation, anomaly detection, and classification problems.
- Build NLP solutions for text classification, sentiment analysis, NER, document processing, information extraction, and conversational AI.
- Design and implement GenAI applications using LLMs (GPT, Gemini, Claude, Llama) and RAG architectures.
- Drive technical direction for agentic AI initiatives, influencing architecture patterns, autonomy boundaries, and system design
- Develop Agentic AI workflows and multi-agent systems using LangGraph, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
- Implement prompt engineering, vector search, embeddings, semantic retrieval, and AI guardrails.




- Build and maintain end-to-end AI/ML pipelines with MLOps best practices.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions.

Technical Skills:

- 4+ years of experience building large-scale distributed systems + solid experience with ML/DL, LLM systems, agentic workflows
- Experience working on Python, Statistics, ML, DL, Gen AI, and Agentic AI
- Hands-on on NLP: Text Analytics, NER, Topic Modeling, Semantic Search, Transformers, BERT
- Advanced proficiency in Python, Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face.
- Practical knowledge of model orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI), Familiarity with vector databases
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies
- Proven ownership of complex, cross-cutting agentic systems spanning multiple teams or products.
- Problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to articulate complex AI concepts to non-technical business stakeholders

Education Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
