Key Responsibilities

- Build and optimize predictive and machine learning models for customer behavior, conversion, credit/risk assessment, collections, and repayment use cases.

- Develop robust features, datasets, and modeling frameworks for ML and AI applications.

- Drive feature engineering, model development, validation, experimentation, and optimization.

- Explore and implement relevant AI and Generative AI solutions, including LLM-based applications.

- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to take models from prototype to production.

- Proactively identify, evaluate, and drive 01 AI/ML use cases with measurable business impact.

- Monitor and improve model performance, accuracy, and scalability in production environments.

Requirements

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI,



or related fields.

- Strong proficiency in Python and Advanced SQL.

- Strong understanding of machine learning, statistics, predictive modeling, and feature engineering.

- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as Scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.

- Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, embeddings, or RAG is a strong advantage.

- Experience in NBFC, Lending, BFSI, or Fintech is strongly preferred.

- Solid ownership, problem-solving skills, and an initiator/builder mindset.

- Ability to work cross-functionally and translate business problems into scalable data-driven and ML solutions.
