Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist to design, develop, deploy, and maintain machine-learning solutions that solve complex business problems. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in Python, SQL, statistics, machine learning, and cloud platforms, with exposure to GenAI/LLMs and MLOps preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify business insights and opportunities.
- Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, exploratory data analysis, and feature engineering.
- Develop and optimize ML models for classification, regression, forecasting, clustering, and recommendation use cases.
- Apply algorithms such as Linear/Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, Random Forest, XGBoost/LightGBM, SVM, and clustering.
- Evaluate models using appropriate metrics, cross-validation, and hyperparameter tuning.
- Deploy ML models into production and monitor model performance.
- Build scalable data science solutions using cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Work with data engineering teams on large-scale data processing using Spark/PySpark where required.




- Develop APIs and integrate ML models into business applications.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, business, and analytics teams.
- Document methodologies, models, experiments, and results.
- Explore and implement GenAI, LLM, NLP, RAG, embeddings, and prompt engineering solutions where applicable.
- Follow MLOps practices including version control, CI/CD, model monitoring, and retraining.

Required Skills
- 4–8 years of hands-on experience in Data Science / Machine Learning.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Excellent understanding of statistics and machine-learning concepts.
- Experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn and visualization libraries.
- Experience building and deploying ML models in production.
- Knowledge of AWS / Azure / GCP.
- Good understanding of model evaluation, feature engineering, and optimization.
- Experience with Git and software-development best practices.
