Job Title: DC Manager – Operations (F&B; Goods)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven DC Manager – Operations to oversee end-to-end distribution center activities for Food & Beverage (F&B;) goods. The role requires strong expertise in managing high-volume, fast-paced logistics environments, ensuring efficient warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and timely dispatches.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage daily operations of the distribution center including inbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Ensure smooth handling of F&B; products with adherence to operational and safety standards
- Drive on-time order fulfillment and optimize turnaround time in a high-velocity environment
- Monitor and improve inventory accuracy, stock handling using LIFO (Last-In, First-Out), and shrinkage control
- Manage transport coordination and dispatch planning
- Track and improve KPIs such as order accuracy, fill rate, productivity, and cost efficiency
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum efficiency and throughput
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff and third-party workforce
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
- Coordinate with procurement, sales,



and transport teams for seamless execution
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process standardization
- Manage vendors and manpower agencies
- Provide regular MIS reports and operational updates directly to the MD

Key Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience: 5–10 years in warehouse/DC operations, preferably in F&B; / FMCG logistics
- Proven experience in rapid-paced, high-volume logistics environments
- Strong knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and ERP systems
- Working knowledge of inventory control methods including LIFO
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle direct reporting to senior leadership
