Experience: 4+ years

Requirement

- Bachelor’s Degree in technical or quantitative field from an accredited college or university (Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Bioinformatics, Physics, Operations Research, or related fields is preferred) with 4+ years of relevant experience in Machine Learning, Statistics.
- Strong mathematical background with ability to understand algorithms and methods from a mathematical viewpoint and an intuitive viewpoint.

Must-Have Skills and Experience

Generative AI & Advanced AI Engineering

- Mandatory: Expertise in Prompt Engineering and Retriever-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Hands-on experience with LLM-based solutions and Generative AI frameworks

Cloud AI Development

- Proven experience deploying AI/ML solutions on Azure
- Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and MLOps pipelines

Core AI & Data Science

- Robust mathematical and algorithmic foundation
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and enterprise-grade AI tools
- Advanced ML techniques: regression, classification, clustering, ensemble models, time-series analysis
- Familiarity with NLP, transformer architectures, and model optimization
