About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Data Scientist with robust AI/ML expertise to design, build, deploy, and optimize machine learning solutions in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and deploy ML/AI models for business use cases.
- Manage end-to-end data science workflows including EDA, feature engineering, modeling, validation,



and deployment .
- Build and fine-tune models across supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, NLP, Computer Vision, or GenAI .
- Work with large structured and unstructured datasets using Python and SQL.
- Deploy and monitor models using MLOps practices .
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Present findings and document solutions for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills
- 5–8 years of experience in Data Science / AI / ML.
- Strong Python and hands-on experience with Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras .
- Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and ML algorithms .
- Hands-on SQL and large-dataset experience.
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI/LLMs .
- Exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP and ML deployment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have
- Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow
- Spark / Hadoop
- LLM fine-tuning, Prompt Engineering, RAG
- Consulting/contract experience with the ability to ramp up quickly.
