Role Description The Data Science Instructor is a full-time, in office role based in Raipur. This role involves designing and delivering data science curriculum, including lectures, lab sessions, and workshops on topics such as data analysis, machine learning, and programming. The instructor will prepare and evaluate assignments, guide learners through real-world projects, and provide mentorship to help them become job-ready professionals.

Responsibilities include updating course content to reflect current industry trends, collaborating with other trainers to improve training methodologies, and supporting learners with doubt-clearing sessions and exam preparation.



The role also requires contributing to curriculum enhancement, maintaining academic records, and participating in institute events related to skill development and career readiness.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong data science and analytics skills, including experience with data analysis, statistical methods, and machine learning concepts.
- Candidates should possess programming and technical skills, preferably in Python or R, along with familiarity with data science libraries, databases, and basic software development practices.
- Candidates should possess practical teaching and training skills, including curriculum development, lesson planning, and the ability to explain complex topics in a clear, structured manner.
- Candidates should possess communication and classroom management skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and the capacity to engage diverse learners.
- Candidates should possess industry awareness and mentoring skills, including knowledge of current IT and data science trends, and experience guiding learners on projects, portfolios, and career pathways.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or teaching assistant in data science or related domains will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Raipur and commit to a full-time teaching schedule, including occasional workshops or events.
