Key Responsibilities

- Analyse business, customer, transaction, and lending data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.

- Build and maintain dashboards, MIS reports, automated reports, and performance trackers.

- Track and analyse KPIs across acquisition, conversion, lending, revenue, collections, and customer behaviour.

- Perform funnel, cohort, segmentation, and root-cause analyses.

- Translate business problems into structured analyses and actionable recommendations.

- Collaborate closely with Product, Business, Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams to support data-driven decision-making.

- Build and optimise advanced SQL queries and automated reporting workflows.

- Analyse experiments and measure their business impact.

Requirements





- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics or Business Analytics.

- Solid proficiency in Advanced SQL.

- Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills, with experience using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.

- Good understanding of business KPIs, funnels, cohort analysis, segmentation, statistics, and data visualisation.

- Experience in NBFC, Lending, BFSI, or Fintech is strongly preferred.

- Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, ownership, and communication skills.
